I've been lucky enough to cook on some stages I never expected. Beat Bobby Flay. MasterChef, Chopped, FireMasters. I've even had the chance to cook for some pretty incredible celebrities, including Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson (ask me about his cheat meals sometime!).
What I took from all of it is pretty simple: a little fun and creative thinking makes anything taste incredible. Crispy Edges is the result of years of restaurants, private cheffing, and TV competitions. It's the collection of recipes I'm most proud of, shared with the people who want them the most.
